How long will my order take?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 12-14 business days. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays.
How do I track my order?
Here at Majenye Cosmetics we want to ensure that our customers know exactly when to accept their delightful products. With this in mind, once your order has been shipped you will receive tracking information via email. If it has been over 12 business days and you have not received tracking information, email us at hello@majenye.com for assistance.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be changed or canceled after 24 hours. If you would like to add additional items to your order, please start a new order.
How do I change my address information?
Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt, with such a small processing window, we are unable to change addresses once shipment information has been transmitted to our shipping carrier. Please email hello@majenye.com for assistance.
How do I exchange an item?
We cannot accept returns as the items cannot be resold.
Are these products safe for me/baby/sensitive skin?
Majenye Cosmetics products are gentle. We never include parabens, toxins, chemicals, or any other harmful agents in any of our products. We do recommend a spot test on a portion of the skin to predict allergic reactions.
Is everything really vegan/natural/organic?
Yes, it is! All of our ingredients are curated to ensure quality and uphold our cruelty free/vegan standards. None of our products have been tested on animals or made with animal byproducts. Why? We care.
My whipped soufflé arrived melted. HELP!
Melted whipped soufflé? Don’t panic! Simply stash the product in the refrigerator and it will return to its intended consistency.
